Sharon Anson
Sharon Anson is co-director of Grassroots (grassroots.org.uk), a Christian charity with projects in the UK, Africa and Europe. She has been an evangelist and Bible teacher for over 20 years based in North London, where she was involved in planting and leading two churches. As well as speaking at several UK Christian festivals and missions, Sharon has also served behind the scenes and on the boards of a number of national Christian agencies. During the 1990s Sharon and her husband, Hugo, wrote “Some Mothers do have ‘em… others Don’t”, exploring the struggles of Christians suffering from infertility and childlessness. They now live in Farnham, Surrey with their three children.
Wendy Bray
Wendy Bray is a
freelance writer, journalist and speaker. Her first book ‘In the
Palm of God’s Hand’ –a bittersweet diary of living with cancer
is now in its third edition ( 2007) and won the Christian Book of the
Year Award in 2001. Her latest is ‘True Confidence’ ( CWR 2008),
largely borne out of her own personal journey to find self -belief
.Wendy writes across a broad spectrum of publications including Bible
Reading Notes for CWR and BRF and for Christianity
magazine and is a columnist and feature writer for two regional
newspapers. She has spoken at conference venues as diverse as Spring
Harvest and The Royal College of Medicine on subjects from cancer
survivorship to living with teenagers. Wendy and her husband Richard
are members of Mutley Baptist Church, Plymouth.
Sheila Bridge
Sheila is the author of
Who Stole Your Sex Life? She has spoken
on the subject of sex, relationships and body image at women’s conferences and
outreach events as well as large events such as New Wine. She works part time with young people in
care. She is married with two teenagers
and has an ambition to cycle from Land’s End
to John O’Groats.
Jane Bullivant
Jane Bullivant lives life on the hamster wheel… she juggles
being a domestic goddess, hot-shot worker and hands on mum. Jane is an
international speaker, women’s magazine columnist, and broadcaster. Her latest
book is: ‘Skydiving for Parents. Raising amazing kids without going into free
fall’ (Lion Hudson).
Jane has recently featured at Spring Harvest, Christianity Magazine, Premier Radio, UCB and Woman Alive magazine. She is bursting at the seams with a vision for women to ditch the tedium of hamster wheel living and rediscover the thrill of being a woman of God. Jane is a girl who likes to dream BIG dreams and run like the wind into the Father’s arms.
Gail Chamberlain
Gail, previously a teacher, is now a wife, mother, grandmother, authoress and pastor, having over 30 years of leadership experience which she openly shares in her teaching.
She has a unique, bold and honest ministry, particularly with women, using her very powerful testimony spanning childhood to present day. Her desire is to encourage everyone to reach their full potential in God.

Margaret Ellis
Margaret Ellis is Director of a UK charity called Lifecentre: SUST, supporting survivors of rape and sexual abuse, and their close supporters/family. She has many years experience in counselling the complex issues arising from sexual trauma. She is a qualified Counsellor and Psychosexual therapist working both privately and within the NHS, specialised in sexual issues and working with trauma. She manages a team of 45 counsellors working for Lifecentre, where they work with men, women and children of all ages who have suffered rape or other forms of sexual abuse. She started her career as a secondary school teacher, after which she led a church within the Pioneer network for a number of years. She has been a long-standing columnist for Christianity magazine and is now running a monthly Agony Aunt page with them enabling Christians to talk about sex at a deeper level.
Lou Fellingham
Lou has been the lead singer of popular band Phatfish for the last 13 years with whom she has recorded 8 albums and tours extensively throughout the UK, Canada and America. She has also served as part of the worship team at the Stoneleigh Bible weeks with her distinctive voice being a major feature on those best selling worship albums.
Lou has also made several appearances on the BBC's 'Songs of Praise'. Her debut solo album, Treasure, was released in early 2006 and has proved to be much loved by both the critics and the public. On this long awaited album, Lou's heart for people and her love of worshipping God are prominent in both lyrics and delivery.
Nancy Goudie
Nancy Goudie is a very popular author and speaker. She has written seven books, produced four meditation cds, has written many articles for magazines and newspapers and has her own show on radio and television. Nancy also runs her own unique Spiritual Health Weekends for women since 1997. She along with her husband, Ray founded the internationally known band, Heartbeat which changed its name in the late '80s to become ngm (new generation music and mission). They train thousands of young people to use their creative skills in evangelism and mission at their Mission and Arts centre in Thornbury, Bristol.
Ali worked as an actor and musician for several years and is now enjoying being a full-time Mum, playing keyboards now and again in the band ‘Pastiche’ and songwriting in any spare time! Ali heads up the Girlzone women’s ministry and is on the PCC of St Mary’s Church in central London. She is married to Nick who is a worship leader and they have two gorgeous children called Gracie and Josiah.
Lee Jackson
Lee Jackson…is the Director of Leeds Faith in schools (LFIS.org), a schools work charity. Lee has been involved with LFIS for 13 years. He is also a dj and tries to play basketball! He is the co-author of two 'brutally honest' books for men 'dead men walking' and 'cut to the chase'. Lee also spends time doing mens events and is therefore very scared at being at a womens event! He is a husband to Clare and Dad to twins Rhea and Lauren and lives in Leeds.
Jennifer Rees
Larcombe
Jen Larcombe has six children and travels widely speaking at
women’s conferences. She writes books,
Bible reading notes and work with Beauty from Ashes, supporting women through
grief and loss. This ministry grew out
of her own broken marriage and eight years in a wheelchair. She was healed miraculously through prayer
and is convinced that God heals broken bodies as well as broken hearts.
Sue Owen
For over 20 years Sue has been teaching women on the authority of the word of God and the leading of the Holy Spirit - within the Destiny church network and at other events . Her desire, having pioneered 'Diamonds' women's ministry, is to help all women to nurture a passionate relationship with God, to love people and to especially lift Jesus up!
Sue Prosser
Sue Prosser has been involved in Christian ministry, both in
the UK and overseas, for more than thirty years. She is an inspirational Bible teacher, especially among women, and is
the founder of Fit for Life Forever, a Bible-based weight regulation
programme. She is the author of: How to
Stop Dieting and Start Living.
Mo Tizzard
Mo speaks and writes on how to pray for unsaved husbands,
loved ones and friends. She has spoken
at CWR’s prayer day, at ladies meetings, in churches, conference centres and on
Christian radio. Drawn from personal
experience, her book How To Pray When He Doesn’t Believe is now in six
languages and is helping women worldwide.
